They have given me a fake flight number, they did not informed us of a disruption in our flight, now they do not want to refund us our money! They even faked a screenshot showing me that my flight had successfully flown on the scheduled time but when I scrutinized the screenshot photo, it was from another date! They were intentionally making ways to fool / scam customers. DON'T BOOK FROM THIS STUPID WEBSITE EVEN IF THEY LURE YOU WITH LOWER FARES. The small amount you'll save is not worth the stress and anxiety that they brought to us!

Hi there, Kwi was quick with the purchase process and helped me with the refund for my cancelled flight (Easy Jet cancelled flight). Sadly, no refund for the hold baggage purchase. Also, I was charged extra when I bought hold luggage for 3 airlines. I ended up buying the same hold luggage directly from the airlines for my partner, and it was $95 cheaper. I shared proof of my purchase through the Help Desk, but they just said it was the airlines' charge??? Hmm!

Sadly, I faced travel issues due to bad weather, and since the flights are all with different airlines, I couldn't get any compensation for the delays and ended up spending about $1000 more on my way back. Also, the carry-on fees were very high, so I opted for just a personal bag. I would suggest this service to someone with flexible plans and who can travel light. They should also be good at managing airport transfers alone.

Kiwi was reliabul. They communicated very well and everything about my flite went smothly as far as they were involvd. The airline, JetSmart, on the other hand, had the worst quality seating and cheepest service I have ever experienced on an airline. They dident even offer WATER!!!

W aplikacji niczego nie można zmienić, a jak coś piszesz na chacie, to dostajesz odpowiedzi, które w ogóle nie pasują do pytania. Dzwoniłem na infolinię, a tam albo nie rozpoznają numeru zamówienia, albo trzymają mnie na linii i nic się nie dzieje. Myślałem, że to może jakiś błąd, więc zadzwoniłem do operatora lotu i co się okazało? Mojej rezerwacji w ogóle nie ma. Jak ktoś lubi się stresować przed wyjazdem, to śmiało, ale ja już podziękuję.
