I've purchased from TEMU a few times. I've been satisfied. The kids' clothes are nice. They wash well and keep their colors. They don't shrink. The prices are good considering how fast they grow. The styles are cute. They came on time.

They're pretty inexpensive, but the quality is surprisingly good. Customer service is fast and reasonable. Delivery usually takes about 10 days, which beats their competitors. I'm a regular customer.

The measurements are also helpful. However, some material descriptions are inaccurate. There are materials that make you sweat and stink more in your armpits :(. Overall though, my experience with Temu has been good.

They're the best service from China, with free shipping and easy returns. I order every two weeks and definitely recommend them. Never had a issue; if something's not right, they give a full refund. Best choice out there!

I enjoy ordering from this company because of the good prices, but lately my orders have been arriving later than I hoped. I live in Texas and will be in Chicago in 6 days, but my order didn't arrive today as promised, so now I'm feeling anxious.

The products are okay, but lately, delivery's gotten worse because now you need a $40 order to finish your cart. I can't always spend $40. I put some things in my cart for a few days, only $20, and got a message: choose or lose, so I lost. What a shame. Aliexpress charges a few dollars for delivery. Shein does it too. Amazon offers free shipping over a certain amount, but below that, they charge a fee. I've been buying for over 2 and a bit years and spent a lot. Thanks, Temu.

Shopping on Temu takes time but isn't bad. I've bought lots and only discarded about 20%, which isn't much given the low prices. Clothing sizes can be tricky, especially for someone short like me, as most items are too long. They do have shorter options, but you need to check the lengths carefully. Some items I got were similar to what US stores sell for four times the cost.

Temu is a good with great deals

Temu is a good with great deals, but the delivery service they use is terrible. We've had packages supposedly delivered by them, only to never show up. Because of this, we've stopped using Temu and any other company that uses that delivery service.

I've ordered 3 big packages from Temu, all came earlier than expected thanks to their quick shipping and Evri deliveries, with updates all along. Clothing sizes are inconsistent; one sweatshirt was about 3 sizes too big and went to charity. The 3 pairs of earrings were supposed to be 925 sterling silver but weren't; they were labeled as silvery. The arts and crafts section is really good with a lot of variety and good prices. One garden item arrived broken but I got a refund right away.

Honestly, I didn't have high hopes for the quality or fit, but I was happily surprised. Everything fits great and looks good. I bought a keyboard from Temu, not thinking much because of the low price. But I was really amazed by this keyboard! As soon as I plugged it in, I noticed how responsive the keys were. Typing is smooth and nice, with each keystroke feeling just right. The keyboard's build feels strong and high quality, much better than I thought. The sound is the best part. The keys make a nice clicking sound that's not too loud but still pleasant. It's great for both work and regular typing. Overall, Temu has really surprised me with this purchase. I couldn't be happier with my new keyboard and really recomend giving Temu a try for your tech needs!

I have been buying from Temu for nearly a year now, mainly getting kitchen and home stuff, plus some tools. I must admit, I've been quite happy with most of the items. There were a few I didn't like, but they were refunded right away. I'm glad that all my orders have been delivered by Evri, who I think is very reliable. When you see something on other major seller sites, it's worth checking Temu too, as I often find the same item for a much lower price.

I've been buying everything from here for a while now, and the shipping is fast. The products are protected in sealed bags. Even Royal Mail helps with delivery. It's definitely not a scam. They give options of sizes and tell you the price. I just bought a full silicone doll, small but in great condition. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, a box, then another bag. The package is very secure so rain doesn't get in. The tracker is great and they give me info on where my item is. I'll always use Temu because I trust them. All electrical things have worked. I review every item I get. The best thing is when they deliver, they take a photo of it if I'm out, so I know the times.

I've been using Temu for a while now and I think this company is amazing. Honestly, I wish UK companies were as good, giving detailed info on items like size and length. Their delivery updates are great; I get informed at every stage. I've only had to request a refund once, and it was my fault for ordering cheap shoes. The quality of their clothes is good; I put a Temu blouse next to a well-known brand's blouse, and my daughters-in-law couldn't tell them apart. I'll keep shopping at Temu, not just for the low prices, but because of their efficiency and free postage (on orders over £20).

I always get my stuff in good shape. Delivery time is OK (about a week). Reviews on the app are nice cause I see the product in real life (through picture reviews). Measurements are great too. Some materials tho, are not what they say they are. There's some stuff that makes you sweat and stink more in your armpits :(. Overall tho, great experience using Temu.

Ain't the greatest

Have ordered several items from them and the quality ain't the greatest but neither is the price. Be careful with sizes in clothes but getting a size bigger than you think works. Tools are good for hobbies, maybe not pros. Will buy more. But, there's one big drawback - too many messages and offers that'll drive you nuts, had to block'em.

Посмотрел прайс. Выбрал два товара на сумму 512 грн. Оплатил через карту. Приходит сумма 20,31 долларов, т.е. на 321 грн дороже. Пишу в поддержку, отвечают, что следят за рынком и товары подорожали. Отказался, пообещали, что деньги вернут на карту от 5 дней до месяца. Мошенники!!! Не ведитесь

Terrible, theft, assault, fraud

Several issues with temu. They often send damaged and used items advertised as new. Lie when you have video evidence of your return and refuse to give you a refund. Claim they will cover shipping costs then refuse to pay you back for the packing material they previously stated they would pay for. Send items so damaged that they required stitches from cutting open my hand then blatantly request I piece the item together and return it. I asked for a way to return the item safely regarding me packing, shipping handlers, and for the person who will be opening the return and they said to package as is even if it results in further bodily damages.
