I've only had good times with Temu. There's nothing to grumble about. Ordering and returns are pretty easy. I've bought many things from Temu and I'm over the moon with them.

I like ordering from Temu because of the low prices and various discounts. The quality of the products is mostly good. You get what you pay for. Still, it’s better to buy directly from the original location than from the 'local' USA Temu. If you buy many items from the local store, your order arrives separately and from different places, arriving at various times. This means you end up with multiple tracking numbers and different delivery days/times. It can be annoying in many ways. So local ordering hasn’t been great for me. Thanks, Temu, for making my international orders easier. One package and one tracking number!!

Great company to shop with. Delivery takes around 10 days from China. Prices are good, and if there's any issue, they handle it well and refunds come quickly to your account. I can't find anything to complain about. I've ordered about 35 times from them, so I know from experiance.

It can feel like you’re being tricked sometimes, but that’s common everywhere, and being careful can help you find good deals. I've placed around 20 orders with Temu over the past 18 months.

Quite amazed with Temu—I didn't know they were such a good company!!! They offer some unique and cool stuff on their site. I recently bought some wide lace fabric, the quality is great, and the price is really good too.

I've purchased many things from Temu and the customer service is quite good. Most items are just right, and if there's ever an issue, they fix it fast. Delivery is quick, usually about a week. Communication is clear too. I use PayPal for buying, and it's been smooth. The only problem is I often buy more than I planned when I visit the site! I'd suggest it, but make sure to use PayPal for payment.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service missing item from parcel contacted customer service to state that I have a missing item asked for replacement or refund to be told I'm sure it was packed but clearly it wasn't otherwise I would of had the item. So now I'm leaving negative review on all platforms and won't be using temu again

I got my order in about 2 weeks from the order date as promised. The items came in good shape with no issues. The dresses fit well. Tracking was alright. I'll shop again at Temu because their stuff is reasonably priced.

I'm a regular shopper. Rarely let down. If a hiccup occurs (twice), Temu quickly refunds or ships missing items. Recently got a 20 x 10 chicken coop. Decent quality, all parts included!

I was hesitant initially but have made several orders now. Generally, the products are good, but sometimes they are smaller or not exactly as shown. The shipping updates are reliable. The roulette games and daily spins seem designed to make you spend more, but they do give one free return per order and let you keep the item. It's easy to get hooked, so be careful!

They don't refund!!

The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them... So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!

One must remember, if you're paying peanuts... So, keeping that in mind I didn't expect much from my 1st order. I thought, even if it's 'tat' I've only got myself to blame. Well, it's nice to get all my items in the parcel within the given delivery time. What cost me £25 or so would've been triple elsewhere. With that in mind, I ordered again, this time some clothes. I'm tall, and Asians are pretty short, so it's no surprise the trousers didn't reach my ankles. But mid-calf is okay, for the price, and it's summer, so... Not sure about winter trousers. All the items I bought were there and early. I don't click on 'flash ads', pop-ups or 'you have won'. Temu wants you to spend more, which is just marketing and understandable. That said, I've bought bits and bobs I don't really need but treating myself a bit, for a change, without going into debt was nice. My 3rd parcel, due soon, has a beauty product. Not my usual online buy so I'm curious how it'll work out. I won't be miffed if it's crap as it's been 5 star so far. I haven't had any issues so no need to contact Temu yet. It amuses me when people pay a tenth of the price and then complain. Pay ten times more, then complain. Though I sympathize with those who've had incomplete or undelivered items. I've had that thrice in the last two years with Amazon. Is it worse because it's cheap? To me, it's the same. The Temu logistics manager must be good. I don't envy him/her. Final thought: I expect Temu sources from companies that use cheap labor. So do Primark, H&M, Monsoon, and many others. Their profit margin is likely higher too. Cheap labor: would you pay £10/h for all your clothes? Most wouldn't. If you object (I do), you can't shop anywhere. It's cheap labor, but it gives a small income to many. Where else would they earn? Probably nowhere. If everything was 'fair' overnight, the planet would be strained. Not nice, but that's how it is. I can't change the world, neither can most of us. That's up to 'leaders' and those in power. In conclusion, some have had bad luck, expected given the company's size, and others, like me, are happy as Larry.

Just got my second order from Temu.

Everything was there. The dress fits great and is well-priced. Buttons on other items have unique designs and good quality. I suggest Temu. Give it a shot if you haven't. I'm on my third order now and expect it on time. Give Temu a go!

I'm really impressed with my purchases. I ordered clothes, a bag, and some garden stuff. I didn't have high hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The clothes fit well, the bag looked just like the photo. The garden items were a bit small, but for the price, it's okay. The second order was good too. It took 6 days from order to delivery, which impressed me. I'm placing a 3rd order soon, so they must be doing something right.

They handle complaints quickly and their shipping is also very fast—they sort things out right away. If Temu were a store, I’d spend hours shopping there. They have such a wide selection that it’s become my go-to shop. Their deliveries have gotten faster as I’ve shopped more. They offer unique items that you don’t find in regular stores every day. Warning to shoppers: This company can be very addicting!

Many say don't use TEMU, they scam you and nothing is what it says it is. I disagree! I've used the site for a while now. If you check dimensions and sizes carefully, you can find great stuff. I ordered 8 summer event dresses, one I didn't like but my friend loved it, and their sofa throws and hair extensions are amazing. The color match on the hair extensions was spot on. Try them and follow their scam advice—it's a winner for me.

From disappointment to delight!

My experience with Temu's online shopping has usually been good. They offer a variety of products like garden items, fashion, home decor, and more. However, unfortunately, three packages got lost. These parcels contained items that I was eager to receive to beautify my home and please my dogs. I patiently waited for Temu to resolve the issue with the courier, but unfortunately, the parcels are lost somewhere in the universe. However, Temu promptly refunded my money into PayPal as I preferred that over store credit. Good job!

I got a pair of sneakers for 15 CAD, wearing them daily so my Forces, Dunks, and Jordans last longer. They're not the best running shoes, but decent for the price? Compared to Amazon, this site is a step closer to direct selling, minus the fees. Most things on Amazon are on Temu for less, though they ship from far away. But returns are pricey if you're not pleased. Keep that in mind. You get what you pay 4.

I've ordered a few times from Temu, mostly good experiences except one part of my order is still missing. Other items arrived on time. I appreciate their price adjustment option and quick refunds. The product quality is okay, as expected. Their customer service is great and could be a model for others. In my last order, they sent the wrong charging wire. They refunded about 80% immediately when I contacted them. They've already fully refunded the delayed part of my order without me asking. I'll definitely keep shopping here.

I'm surprised to see bad reviews! I've got lots of packages delivered, usually within 12 days or before, never later. Earlier this month, I sent my first return package free, no problem. Turns out I miscounted one item. Temu told me about my error and put $18.26 in my bank. I was impressed! I wouldn't have known without Temu's honesty. As a one-time thing, they let me use my return credit before they checked the goods. I can't ask for better service than that! I'm very grateful. I've bought lots of household items and clothes from Temu, mostly successfully. The only returns were due to wrong sizes or unexpected materials, plus one damaged rug returned today for a full credit, no postage charge! I was pleased. Just so you know, I asked for credit on my account instead of a bank refund. I'm a real customer from Australia. I'm super happy with this company and their service. I'll keep shopping here! Very happy and satisfied customer!

I've bought som things from Temu, and I'm lucky to have an excellent 5-star delivery guy from Evri. Some Evri couriers...well, no comment. Some products might be iffy, but I'd say 95% are great. Only had one bad time when a substitute courier lost my item. 🙉🙊🙈 But Temu quickly gave me my money back.

After reading some reviews about Temu cautioning against use, we decided to give it a shot. I'm glad we did because we're quite pleased with what we received. Once you figure out the right size for clothes, there's some really nice stuff. We had one package that got lost, not Temu's fault. They credited my account right away and said if it arrived later, to keep it (it didn't). Returns are easy, and if you have a Temu account, you get your money back right away. If you want it in your bank account, it takes longer. I'd suggest trying it before believing bad reviews.
