Contacted Temu support, and they told me to "check around the house." Seriously? Got transferred multiple times, same runaround, for four days straight. Some refunds came through, but not for the big orders. Ended up calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. Weird thing? Never had issues with delivery before playing their games. Now, I’m stuck waiting. Total mess.

За завантаження додатку Тemu реклама обіцяла гарні подарунки Я ніякого подарунка не отримала, але обіцяли гарні знижки на товари...Но Масажер GuaSha замість кварцевого виявився шматком дешевої пластмаси.Також чашка для кави замість дерев'яної теж пластікова. Гольфи від варікозу значно меньшого розміру, Чехли на машину геть іньши, ніж в рекламі...Відповідають замовленню тільки губки для миття посуду та захистник газової плити.Так я витратила 32₴ і отримала губки і кучу мотлоху. А менеджери ще мають наглість відправляти мені повідомлення з пропозицією подальших знижок за реклами сайту ціх шахраїв...

З двох замовлень повернула товар .Гроші,більш 40 $, не првернули. Спілкування з працівниками нічого не дало.В моєму кабінеті виставили кредит на повернену суму. Навіщо він мені?Кредити треба повертати. ТОВАРИ НИЗЬКОЇ ЯКОСТІ.

Двічі робила замовлення і двічі задоволена. Звісно, замовлення доставляється не за два дні, тому, якщо ви хочете зробити замовлення і отримати його до якоїсь конкретної дати, цього робити не рекомендую. Робіть замовлення, якщо це не терміново. Якість - нормальна, навіть досить хороша. Я замовляла концертну сукню ( потрібно розуміти, що за такі гроші - це не П'єр Карден ) , також замовляла тапочки ( прекрасні ) , замовляла коробки для тортів ( чудова якість ) . Випалково на сайті замовилась шапка, гроші мені повернули, при чому повідомили, що товар повертати не потрібно. Рекомендую цей сайт.

ЛЮДИ - TEMU це шахраї яких світ не бачив!!!! Переконався на собі !!! НЕ ЗВ'ЯЗУЙТЕСТЬ З ЦИМИ ШАХРАЯМИ І НЕ БУДЕТЕ МАТИ ГОЛОВНУ БІЛЬ!!! Зробив заказ ні товару ні грошей!!!! Добре що не дуже багато загубив !!!

Купил по акции сразу два планшета на сумму около 10000( десяти тысяч) хотел сделать подарок своим девочкам. По выходило 90%скидка, оплата минимум. Думал повезло пару тысяч и планшеты ваши. Про сыр не надо забывать...В начале так и было. Утром заказ, а вечером снимают, деньги с карты, наверное 90% и выходит около 300долларов. Дальше кабели банк, Temu, Temu, банк и т.д... Пишут 5-15 дней возврат денег. Наш банк уже 120дней. Деньги вернули 150 гривен сняли. Не рекомендую Temu.

Познайомився з Temy випадково, вирішив замовіти пару трійку рибальских дрібничок... все приїхало доволи хутко, Укрпошта по області ъь довше доставляє, Вже три замовлення виконани хутко, якісно та ще раз хутко, та безкоштовно! Дякую Temy, сервіс 21 віку, так тримати, Mist Ekspress окрема велика подяка!

Побачивши рекламу сайту, та подарунки новим, вирішив скачати та встановити ТЕМУ, бо там було те що мені потрібно, але, як виявилося, нічого такого нема, потрібно купувати.. Я б може й використовував би додаток, але якщо вони вводять в оману зразу, то й довіри додатку нема.

Багато речей на Алі. дешевше, друге може замовлення легке і на майже однакові суми з першим відправили на міст пошту, яка як завжди не змогла знайти близький до адреси пункт видачі і направило за чотири остановки від мене без уточнень, знайти їх номери тех не зовсім просто, я зрозуміла що не варто зв'язуватися з магазином який не може забезпечити своїх клієнтів нормальною доставкою .
