The platform is simple to navigate, and the voices sound incredibly lifelike! I didn’t expect the voices to be so realistic. The interface is clear and making videos or presentations is easy. The Canva integration is handy as well. What really caught me off guard was the gen2 version with the "say it my way" feature, which copies your own speech patterns – great for making audiobooks.

I decided to try the Creator + plan to create an audiobook. I almost chose ElevenLabs, but I didn't like that they only accept credit cards and not debit cards. While ElevenLabs has great reviews, Murf's reviews were a bit all over the place (some bad ones too), so I was concerned it wouldn't work out. I was wrong! My audiobook came out great, and the customer service was really helpful! I ran out of time with only a few pages left, but they gave me enough extra time to finish my project without waiting for the next billing cycle. That's why I wanted to share my experience. I'm happy with the service.

The website functions, but their policies are not great. They bill you every month and only give you 2 hours to use. I paused my subscription because I don't want to waste hours, but they freeze your account and don't let you use the hours you’ve already paid for. They seem more interested in getting your money than keeping you as a customer. Plenty of other choices available for such poor policies.

Driving away customers like me with that approach, they want your money more than your business. Too many other options out there for dumb policies like this.

This company seems decent, could've been 5 stars, but it's a scam. They lure you in with a supposed free version, but you have to join a plan to convert to mp3. You only find out after signing up for the trial. They need a new marketing person, bad introduction.

I dig the voices Murf.ai churns out. Handling projects and picking voice types with one text is smooth. The downside's the cost. Even if it works fine, it's pricey. Plus, you only get a few hours of voice gen unless you shell out four times more than other apps.
