This company's customer service is really disappointing. I've tried reaching out multiple times about my return problem, but my emails are ignored. The few replies I do get are unhelpful and don't solve anything. It's frustrating that my order isn't showing up in my account, and I can't even start the return process. Overall, I'm very let down by this whole experience.

Minga London is a dream for sustainable fashion. Their styles are so stylish and really good quality while being sustainable! I've told all my friends and we wear matching outfits. Minga London is great for EU orders! Returning items was easy, tho finding a shop for DHL was tough. Refund was fast even though tag came off one item. Will order again! Quality is good, especially 100% cotton. Sizes can be tricky, more mid or plus size models would be nice!

Minga used to be my favorite for years.

Minga used to be my favorite for years. I liked their unique designs and good quality. But lately, there are more blend knits and synthetic fabrics like acrylic and polyester. Before, everything was 100% cotton or similar good quality fabric. Their quality went down with this change. Also, they release new clothes too often now, and the designs are not as good as before. It feels like they just follow the latest trend without much thought. I wish they would release fewer clothes with better designs and quality fabric like they used to. I still have Minga clothes from years ago that are in good condition, but the new ones are falling apart after a few months. I used to love Minga, but now I'm worried about where they're headed.

They don't really keep you updated but if you have a preordered item you have to wait a while until it comes into stock so it all ships to you at once. Other than delivery time (mine took around 3 weeks to dispatch), such a cool store.

The company impressed me. I got 7 tops and a belt for my picky 16-year-old. She loves it all, even the free knitted beanie. First order, so relied on size guide, worked perfectly. Clothes are good quality, happy with price. Arrived in 4 days, can't fault anything. Got 2 15% off vouchers for next purchase, will definitely buy again. Might try jeans next.

Ther cloths r gud quality but ther sizin is totaly off - evrythin is much smaller than usual. U also need to know about their returns policy as it’s not at all clear on ther website. They charge you ‘a returns fee’ to return an item of £3 PLUS they charge a fee of £4 to issue a returns label. I think they make their items small so you have to return and make n exchange- an easy way to make extra on the cost!!
