I emailed Kewlioo twice. First to exchange my product for a different size (completely my fault) and then to ask about something else. Both times my email was answered… 60-90 minutes tops! Unheard of in any other company I've contacted. Also, these are full-on, back and fourth conversations too.

I can't believe how frustrated

I can't believe how frustrated I am with this purchase. First off, it took 11 whole days to arrive. When it finally did, it didn't even fit properly. I'm 56 kg with measurements 93-81-97 cm and ordered a size M, which should have been perfect. I'm quite active and usually have no trouble with sizing. Was this some kind of joke? I even tried to take a picture but couldn't upload it. This one's definitely going to the bin. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one.

I mean, not being able to fully exchange a product that's supposedly covered because of its shipping origin? That's kinda frustrating. And then there's this “30 day fit assurance” thing. Sounds great in theory, but having to pay 50% of the reorder fee doesn’t really sit well with me. I wish they could be more flexible with their policies to make things easier for the customers. Overall, mixed feelings – amazing service but the exchange policy needs some work.
