After 3 years, I thought maybe another webhost would be better, so I moved my website and emails instead of staying with HostGator. Big misstake! A week passed, and I still had no emails or website, and the other company’s so-called support was just terrible. I came back to HostGator – the team was really helpful, very supportive, and in just a few hours, everything was back, working, saved, and fully restored. I was really happy not just with how fast they worked but also how well they understood everything. I highly recomend HostGator – their support (which is a must for someone like me) is one of the best.

I ran into a problem after installing an update; my Home Page went back to the old Theme Template. Prasidh stepped in and was really helpful, taking the time to check my webpage and fix the issue. The Wordpress team is consistently supportive, and I’m grateful for their assistance. My Contact Tabs also stopped working post-update, which was annoying, but I managed to get it sorted out.

Please avoid this company if you're looking for a hosting or server. No one calls you back; there are only live chats, and they are all from India. Functionality is terrible, and customer service is bad. Disappointing, too, as so many scam reviews on Google about this company. I requested a refund, but they are refusing to give it.
