The young guy was really nice and helped me a lot with the steps. I'm 71 and it was hard to change my booking through email, but the person on the phone was very suportive.

I opted out of their insurance since I have my own with better coverage. I got a letter from my insurer to show during checkin. The car was better than I imagined. I got a new, high-end model. Very comfy. Dropping off the car was simpler than picking it up. They checked the car and the fuel, and then I was set. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly.

Had a reservation, paid in full prior to pickup. When I got to the car rental counter they had zero cars available even thou I had a reservation. Economy Bookings said their support staff takes 10-15 days to get to new cases. They e been doing everything possible to not give a refund. I had to go thru another company pay another $500 while I wait weeks for just an answer to my email. After 4 days of silence everytime you try and call you press 1 and then nothing I got an Indian women that said she understands and there's nothing she can do bc it's a support issue. So just don't waste your time and money just in case.

I made a booking back in January, but now I want to switch to an automatic car instead of a manual. Economy Booking is one of the few places where you can find smaller automatic cars, which is handy in Europe where big cars are hard to park. This morning, I called three times and chatted with three different guys. They were all helpful in explaining how to cancel one booking and make another. I've used Economy Bookings before without any problems. :) I'm not a big fan of the no cash refund policy, but considering the cheaper prices, I'm okay with using the credit in my E-wallet. It worked out well!

Attempts to resolve the issue with a responsive woman were futile; she remained silent despite providing evidence of my absence during the alleged extra rental days. Five months later, still no resolution. This service is an utter disappointment, testing my patience and showcasing a complete lack of accountability.

Refunding incurs a hefty $65 processing fee, and the reimbursement, if it happens, takes a painstaking 3 weeks. The suggestion to use the "refunded" amount as credit is impractical, as many reputable providers only permit partial payments online. Unsettling business practices at play here.
