Better not to join this website at all. I wrote them many times by email. They didnt reply to any of my mesages!!!! Really bad customer service, I’m very disapointed.

They built the system just to get your cash, not to help people. The setup is made so you end up picking the full price every time, no matter what. Anyone using their head can see it's made to push you into that choise. If there's a diffirent company you can pick, do that. Stay away from BC.

English online. The customer service is really poor, and they switched my good (great) teacher with a really bad one. I will not be renewing my subscripton.

Terrible experience with the online test.

Terrible experience with the online test. I scheduled an online test to get my IELTS results quickly for a university application. As a tech professional and software developer, setting up the test software was much more difficult than it should have been and took much longer than expected. It sometimes needs extra RAM despite no other programs running and I have the latest Mac. It performs numerous security checks and needs full computer access and changes to privacy settings. After waiting and configuring, the test itself failed to function, the Zoom meetings for the speaking part were always greyed out or the audio didn't work. I had to reschedule the same exam with customer support three times in one day. I lost the entire day, reinstalling the software multiple times, going through a long setup, and waiting a lot. It’s just annoying and really inconvenient. In the end, it still didn't work.

BEWARE! I booked an online

BEWARE! I booked an online test n' the staff was LIEING to me bout an application running in the background of my laptop. I checked, NOTHING was running there. They denied me doing the test due to false reasons. It was already the second test date because of technical issues on their side on the first date. They say I will get my money back, but I don't receive the language certificate in time for my university application. Most unfair situation I ever was in. The person who denied me my test entrance should get fired. Nobody was able to help.

The company really helped me with my daughter's school papers. They gave clear instructions fast. It was a good experience.

I got an IELTS test from

I got an IELTS test from British council in Islamabad. It was my second time taking the test. The security and staff were very helpful. The test started on time and everything was on schedule. But, I had some doubts about the testing material and method. The speaking test was on a computer, so there were network issues. Speaking while the other person started was not fair. Also, the listening and reading tests felt more like computer tasks than language tests. Overall, it was okay, so I give it five stars.

The company tries hard to do well, though they don't always get it all right. They don't seem to prioritize their employees, from the highest levels to the lowest.

Disappointed. Took the exam on February 17, 2024. It's been a month, and the results haven't been published yet. Not good at all. Very disappointed with this academy.
