Hiccup, then helpful support
Placed a higher value order and got hit with an extra card verification, which slowed dispatch and had me rolling my eyes. When it finally showed up, the perfume's outer box was a bit crushed, not ideal for a gift. I emailed support and was answered pretty quickly. The claims flow walked me through what to do, and they set up a return with a straightforward replacement option. Second parcel came intact and I stopped stressing. I still wish the first one had shipped without drama, but at least they owned the fix.
